Apex Coating Services can provide many aspects of exterior wall repairs and restoration, from repairs to an existing surface, to completely renewing a surface such as re-rendering an entire elevation or a whole property.

We can undertake repairs and restore many different types of rendered surfaces including:

When restoring these surfaces it is important to try and blend in any patch repairs with the surrounding surfaces so that at the end of the job there is an attractive and uniform finish. This can be difficult to achieve and we often inspect properties where surface repairs have been badly carried out over the years and they look like a hotchpotch of different surface textures and repair marks. Our applicators are used to doing these sorts of repairs and are therefore well practiced and skilled at blending in patch repairs. We always strive to achieve invisible exterior render repairs and utilising a textured wall coating system can further help to conceal repairs and achieve a uniform, low maintenance exterior.

As well as working on rendered surfaces we can also restore damaged pointing on brick properties and even replace bricks if they have been heavily spalled and weathered. Pro Clear can be applied in this situation to protect the surface from the weather and increase its water shedding ability, helping to reduce future maintenance.
